We currently offer:

• Pick-up: Kindly send your order number and your personally organized pick-up delivery details to our Customer Care via Whatsapp at +62 813 814 55434
• One-day delivery: A flat rate of IDR 200,000 is applicable for all items, no matter their size, within the Jabodetabek area.

At GAIA at DAWN, we stand by the quality and care woven into every creation, which is why all purchases are final and not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Our courier partners work diligently to ensure your GAIA items are handled with care. To confirm that your creations arrive in perfect condition, we kindly request an unboxing video upon delivery. Unfortunately, damage claims made without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of its arrival with your unboxing video attached. Once your report is approved, our courier will deliver its replacement as soon as it's available and collect the defective product. While we aim for swift deliveries, please note that timing may vary based on product availability.

Because most GAIA at DAWN creations are handmade and made completely unique from one another, please anticipate size and/ or color variations from product images.

At GAIA at DAWN, circularity is woven into our packaging decisions. While we carefully select recycled and compostable materials, we encourage you to close the loop by locally recycling, composting or reusing our packaging once it completes its journey to you.
